Card Management

The mFunds card management solution was designed and developed from the ground up to conduct “real-time” financial transactions over any wireless phone, independent of any one network, mobile phone manufacturer, or operating system.

The mFunds SMS, WAP, and App interfaces enable a customer’s mobile phone to operate like a virtual bank account for funds movement, deposits, tracking, withdrawals, and payments. The user friendly interface provides a simple data input method and secure "one click“ requests for payments, balance inquiries, transaction history, and sending or receiving money.

Functionality Includes

• Account Balance: Customers can review their current and available account balance whether it’s points or cash. Additional information such as total points earned and total points used can be displayed.
• Load Money: Prepaid debit card customers can load their accounts using the WAP site or phone application if they have valid payment information stored in their account.
• Send Money: Customers can send money to any other reloadable account within the same network by simply typing in their mobile number or 16 digit card number, the amount, and their 4 digit PIN.
• Activate Card: Customers can activate their new card using the phone app, logging into their account online, calling an IVR, or by calling customer service.
• Transaction History: Customers can view their transaction history for all account activity.
