mCommunications provides our clients with a constant and cost-effective communications pathway to their customer. This pathway can be used to increase future sales and or assist the customer by providing value added services.

Because mFunds processes transactions in near real time, offers can be sent to customers based on where they last purchased items or via GPS (if the phone is GPS enabled). Advertising revenue can be generated by selling targeted cellular phone direct marketing advertisements to local businesses.

Channels can send messages to their customers to strengthen the relationship between the channel and the customer. Coupons or advertisements can be sent, as well as other combinations of text or graphic images. The mFunds platform provides our Clients with the ability to send relevant messages (both in terms of context and timing) to their customers, at 50% the costs of traditional SMS messaging, without the lmitiations of the SMS medium (text only, limited to 160 characters).

Functionality Includes

• The delivery of unlimited text along with bar coded coupons, vouchers, advertising, or ticketing (movie, special events, airplane, bus, or train).
• Sending unlimited amounts of text with a call button at the end that can be uniquely programmed in every message so that if the customer hits “Call” then their phone automatically dials the preprogrammed number.
• Updating the customer’s mFunds phone app to newer versions which provides the client even more flexibility as this allows clients to create new skins and add functionality which can be pushed to the customer’s phone.
